Baked Crispy Chicken with a Hint of Spice

A great easy-to-prepare dish that’s universally accepted. Tastes Great!

Ingredients:

4 Omega-3 Chicken Thighs skin on, bone in
1 Tbsp. macadamia nut oil
½ Tbsp. T-Coons Seasoning
½ to 1 Tbsp. Chipotle seasoning
1 Tbsp. onion powder
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. oregano
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
¼ cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel and place in a greased 9" x 9" pan
3. Drizzle one tablespoon of olive oil over the chicken.
4. Combine all the spices and baking powder in a plastic container with lid and shake.
5. Sprinkle the seasonings over the chicken on all sides using a small strainer. The extra seasonings can be stored for later use on more chicken.
6. Bake in a 400°F oven for about 50 minutes until the internal temperature is 165°F.

Serve with your favorite side dish.
