Chicken Breast Marinade

This marinade has great flavor that your family and friends will want more.


6 Omega-3 Chicken Breasts
½ c extra virgin olive oil
½ c balsamic vinegar
¼ c soy sauce
¼ c Worcestershire sauce
⅛ c lemon juice
¾ c honey
2 tsp dried rosemary
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1½ tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp garlic powder or two garlic cloves minced


1. Combine all marinade ingredients in a large mixing bowl and whisk together.
2. Pound chicken breast to half-inch thick.
3. Place chicken in a large resealable bag and pour marinade over the top. Gently massage chicken breasts and be sure to close bag securely.
4. Refrigerate chicken and marinate for at least 12 to 24 hours.

Baking: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place marinated chicken on a shallow baking sheet or baking pan with all marinade sauce and cook for 18 to 22 minutes. Let chicken rest for at least five minutes before serving.

Stovetop: Preheat a skillet over medium high. Cook chicken with all of the marinade sauce for eight to 10 minutes on each side. Let chicken rest for at least five minutes before serving.

Serve with your favorite salad and vegetables.
