Garlic Parmesan Chicken Tenders

Asavory dish with bold flavors that’s a favorite with many.


1½ lbs Omega-3 Chicken Tenders (12 pieces)
3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. garlic powder
½ tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp T-Coons Seasoning
1 c grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. macadamia nut oil


1. Dry the chicken tenders with paper towels.
2. Put garlic, pepper, T-Coons, and cheese in a zip lock bag and shake.
3. Brush both sides of the chicken tenders with Dijon mustard.
4. Place the chicken tenders into the zip lock bag (two at a time) and shake. Make sure they are seasoned on all sides. Place on a plate till ready to fry.
5. Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat for about two minutes. Brush with macadamia nut oil. Fry the chicken tenders until browned on each side and cooked through, about three minutes on each side.

Serve with your favorite vegetables and salad.
