Honey Garlic Chicken Breasts

Easy savory sticky chicken. The honey and garlic give the chicken a special upgrade in taste. Serve with your favorite veggies and salad.

4 Omega-3 Chicken Breasts pound down to half-inch thickness (sub with any other cut of chicken just alter cooking time)
2 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp. T-Coons Seasoning optional
4 Tbsp. Grass-Fed Butter melted
4 Tbsp. honey, heat until runny
4 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp kosher salt
¼ tsp black pepper
6 cloves garlic diced
Salt and pepper to taste
Pre-heat oven 350 degrees F

1. Season chicken with: garlic powder, salt and pepper (T-Coons optional). I put seasonings in small shaker (sifter) to sprinkle over breasts on each side.

2. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil and grease the foil well.

3. Arrange the chicken breasts, skin side up, in the pan. Whisk together the melted butter, honey, mustard, salt, black pepper, and garlic. Evenly pour the mixture over the chicken, brushing all over to coat.

4. Bake, basting with a pastry brush every 15 minutes, until the chicken is browned and juices run clear. Cook for 45 to 60 minutes depending on your oven.
