Cauliflower Buffalo Style with sliced marinated Omega-3 pork loin.
A great, spicy side dish that the entire family will enjoy.

Ingredients:

¾ cup all-purpose almond/coconut flour
1 tsp paprika
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
¾ cup grass-fed milk or almond/coconut milk
1 head cauliflower
¼ cup buffalo sauce or hot sauce
2 Tbsp. macadamia nut oil
1 Tbsp. honey

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 450˚F (230˚C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and milk until no clumps.
3. Break the head of cauliflower into bite-size florets.
4. Add the cauliflower florets to the batter, making sure each piece is evenly coated.
5. Arrange the coated cauliflower on the baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, flip coated cauliflower. Cook for another 10 minutes.
6. Buffalo sauce: In a small bowl, combine the buffalo sauce, macadamia nut oil, and honey then stir until evenly combined.
7. Brush the buffalo sauce mixture on the cauliflower and bake for another 20 minutes.

I served my buffalo style cauliflower with sliced marinated Omega-3 pork loin.
