Cauliflower Broccoli Air Fryer with Pork Loin Roast Cut into Chops

A great vegetables side dish that the entire family will love.

Ingredients:

4 c Broccoli Florets or Cauliflower Florets
1 Red Onion cut into half-moon slices
1 Bell Pepper: red, yellow or orange sliced into half-moon pieces
1 to 2 Tbsp Macadamia Nut Oil
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Onion Powder
½ Tbsp Italian Seasoning
½ tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
¼ c shredded Parmesan Cheese
½ Tbsp Cajun Seasoning optional for heat

Instructions:

1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F for five minutes.
2. Place the broccoli florets or cauliflower florets or both in a large bowl.
3. Pour the macadamia nut oil on top of the vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, onions, and bell peppers) then add the spices, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is well combined.
4. Place the seasoned Vegetables in the air fryer. Air fry for 10 minutes then shake the vegetables. Air fry for an additional 8-10 minutes until crispy and browned. Serve with your favorite meat. In this case I prepared chops from an Omega-3 Pork Loin Roast.

To cook in oven: 400 degrees. Cook for 15 minutes, flip vegetables and cook for another 8 to 10 minutes til crispy and browned.

During the last five minutes keep an eye on the vegetables so they do not burn.

Enjoy.
